Preparations
are ongoing for IRSG’s dental mission to Haiti for 2019. A site visit is scheduled
for the month of November 2018. IRSG will be supporting Les Soeurs de la Charité de St Louis (The Sisters
of Charity of Saint Louis). Our focus will be to provide
preventive dental services for the children located at Maison
des Enfants de Madame Molé (The Children’s House of Madame Molé) in Lévy -
Camp-Perrin, Haiti. The Sisters of
Charity of Saint – Louis, Haiti, has its headquarters located in
Port-au-Prince with several locations in the northern and southern provinces of
Haiti. The congregation in Haiti was established in 1945 and currently consists
of 60 +/- Haitian sisters and a few from Canada. Founded by Marie-Louise
Elizabeth de Lamoignon from France, also known as Mother Saint-Louis, the
sisters dedicated themselves to educate young girls, paying special attention
to those in poverty.
The International Relief Support Group (IRSG) provides charitable dental services through prevention, diagnosis, and treatment to adults and children and focuses on protecting and improving the health of people in underserved communities. All your donations are tax exempt. IRSGINC is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization.
